We request that cancellations or changes to your appointment be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. This allows us the opportunity to offer the slot to other clients.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost.
》Arrival
We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This gives you time to relax and prepare for your treatment.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the full treatment time, and you may still be charged the full price.
》Hygiene and Safety
We adhere to strict guidelines for hygiene and cleanliness. We ask our clients to maintain good personal hygiene as well.
Please inform us of any skin diseases or allergies before your treatment begins. Please note that clients who experience allergic reactions after a treatment will not be refunded!
》Payment
Payment is made in the salon after your treatment is complete. We accept cash, card, and possibly other electronic payment solutions.
The prices of our services are subject to change without notice, but the prices at the time of booking will always be honored.
》Children and Pets
For the safety and comfort of all our guests, we ask that children under 12 years and pets are not brought into the salon areas unless they are receiving a treatment themselves.
